Warranty
Buffalo racking provides a 1 year warranty on all products purchased on our website. Any manufacturer defects or errors are subject to full reimbursement or replacement of your product for no additional fee. All warranty claims must include photos showing the damage on the item and where the item was installed. Our warranty does not cover incorrect installation or damage caused during use. Any modifications including cutting, chopping, bending, and reshaping of the rack voids the warranty.
