What is the maximum weight of the racks?

We do not provide a maximum weight capacity for our storage systems because the weight capacity depends on how and where the system is mounted. If mounted properly into a 2x4 studded wall, this rack can hold seven 6.5" rolls of any material you are storing.

If you are still concerned about the weight, we would recommend using 2-3 inch lag bolts and washers to secure it into the 2x4 studs.

Can these racks hold 25 and 50 yard rolls of vinyl?

Yes these racks are designed to hold both 25 and 50 yard rolls of vinyl given that they are no more than 6.5” in diameter.

Do you offer custom storage systems?

No, we do not make any custom designs for different size rolls or materials.

Why didn't I receive poles?

Unless the pole option is selected and purchased, no poles are included with your order.

Mounting Hardware?

Mounting hardware is not included. We recommend using 2-3 inch lag bolts with washers for the strongest results. Please make sure that all hardware is going into a stud.

Can I get a discount for a shoutout?

We do not offer discounts for our racks unless they are on sale.
